What we collect
- Information you submit. Name, email, phone, business name, city, website, trade, and any notes you leave on the audit form.
- Communications. Emails, calls, and messages we exchange while we work together.
- Site analytics. Standard analytics data via Vercel Analytics and (if enabled) Google Tag Manager — page views, referrers, device, and approximate location. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To respond to audit requests and provide proposals.
- To deliver and improve the marketing services we provide.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., audit confirmations).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers we use to run our business (e.g., Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and analytics) or where required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics. If Google Tag Manager is enabled, additional analytics or advertising tags may be loaded. Most browsers let you control cookies in their settings.
Data retention
We keep audit submissions and client records for as long as needed to provide services and as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us to make a request.
Children
Our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
